There`s an old fable concerning prayers. It explains about prayers not answered...
Goes, more or less, like this: Prayers are like birds hurrying up to the sky. But the prayers can be contradictory, as different people pray for different things. Like, a person somebody has stolen something from prays for the thief to be caught, but the thief prays they`d never catch him. And such. So the birds flying up crash into each other and fall down, never reaching their destination.
If you choose to believe this fable, you must come to the decision there most probably are lots of people praying for crazy wars to never end. Considerably more than the people praying for the war to stop...
Carrion birds prevail, eh?
EDIT: Sorry about the mistakes! Must have been kinda pissed off when posting... I`ve edited them out, all of them, I hope, but one can never be sure...
